Do you ship Slovenian sausage nationwide?

Yes. We've shipped our smoked Slovenian sausage and European-style meats ship-to-door across the United States since the early 2000s, and today we serve roughly 4,000 repeat customers nationwide. You can order online anytime at raddells.com and we'll pack it cold and ship it to your door.

What is Slovenian smoked sausage?

Slovenian smoked sausage is a coarse-ground, naturally smoked pork sausage seasoned simply with salt, pepper, and garlic. At Raddell's we make ours from lean pork shoulder and smoke it for 4–6 hours over real smoke — we hang and smoke about 1,000 pounds a week. It's the sausage Cleveland's Slovenian community has loved for generations.

What's the difference between smoked, rice, and blood sausage?

Smoked sausage is our signature — lean smoked pork. Rice sausage is a traditional Slovenian sausage made with rice and seasoned pork, and blood sausage (a classic old-world variety) is a rich, savory sausage made in the traditional style. We also make Hungarian, Polish, and Andouille sausage, plus homemade soups and our own line of 50 spices.

Can I order online?

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

How long has Raddell's been around?

Since 1927. Raddell's was founded by Ludwig Raddell, a Slovenian immigrant and WWI U.S. Marine veteran, and is now run by the fourth generation of the Raddell family at the corner of E 152nd Street and the intersection known as Frankie Yankovic Square in Cleveland's North Collinwood neighborhood.
